Our customers'trust in the consistently high quality of our products depends in part on our careful selection of raw materials and suppliers, as well as our strict control of every step of the production process. Importantly, all of our raw materials are rigorously tested and controlled to ensure superior quality, safety and traceability. We can track raw materials and process conditions for each batch of products.

No Chemical Modifications

We use two processes to produce gelatin: Alkaline or acid method. Each stage of the production process is ensured under stringent hygienic conditions, and no chemical modifications occur throughout the production process. At the end of the process, the gelatin forms gel strips, which we subsequently dry and crush into granules, and then store the granules for further processing for different customers and applications.

Complex Multi-Stage Process

Gelatin is obtained by partial hydrolysis of collagen. Collagen is a raw material of natural origin, mainly found in the bones, skins, tendons and scales of animals. Funingpu mainly uses porcine and cowhide skins as raw materials to extract gelatin. Natural collagen is insoluble in water, while gelatin produced by the partial hydrolysis process is soluble in warm water. This multi-stage process is complex and we tight control it.
